Working Principle
Basic Principle
The high-temperature steam is used to heat water to the target temperature. Then, a water pump applies pressure to the hot water, which is distributed through high-pressure nozzles arranged in a surrounding manner to spray and clean the container from all directions, simultaneously achieving high-temperature sterilization. At the end of the cleaning section, optional equipment such as a drying machine or blower can be added to remove water from the cleaned containers.
Four-step Rapid Sterilization Cleaning
The cleaning process consists of four steps: pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and final wash.
- Pre-wash: High-temperature, high-pressure, large flow cleaning. The high water flow is used for high-temperature sterilization and softening stubborn residues.
- Main wash: High-temperature, high-pressure, thorough cleaning. The high water pressure is used for deep sterilization and powerful dirt removal.
- Rinse: High-temperature, high-pressure spraying with relatively clean water to remove foam and residual dirt.
- Final wash: Cold-water, high-pressure spraying, with water supplied directly from an external pipeline, used for rinsing and cooling down the containers.
Three-tier Water Tank
The water supply system has three tanks for specific cleaning stages, reusing water after dual filtration. The tanks maintain a level difference for gradual tap water replenishment, diluting and purifying water. Continuous overflow removes impurities, ensuring water hygiene.
The Rapid Air Drying and Hot Air Drying Function
At the end of the cleaning tunnel, a blower and a dryer can be connected to quickly remove water from the containers. Users can flexibly combine the air drying, drying, and air-drying+heating options based on their water removal requirements. The blower uses the company’s self-developed air knife system, which converts the compressed air generated by the fan into a thin, high-pressure air knife. This quickly strips moisture from the container surface. The dryer, based on the blower, is equipped with a heating device that generates high-temperature air knives. In addition to removing moisture, the heated air also helps accelerate the evaporation of residual water, further improving the water removal efficiency.

Most dirt can be removed with high-temperature, high-pressure water. However, for stubborn stains, you can add edible alkali, soda, or other cleaning chemicals (as long as they don’t produce excessive foam). These are all compatible with the machine.
Yes, our machine comes with a heating system to heat the water and maintain a stable temperature. You can choose between steam heating or electric heating. For stable operation and easier maintenance, we recommend steam heating. If you don’t have a steam source, we can provide an electric or gas steam generator as an alternative.
If you’re connecting to hot water directly, keep in mind that some water may cool down, and it might be difficult to maintain a consistent temperature for washing.

Yes, they can. Please let us know your drying requirements. If you need the crates to be completely dry, we can equip the cleaning system with an air dryer and hot air dryer. This will increase the length of the equipment and require sufficient space.
If you only need to remove around 70-80% of the moisture, an air dryer alone will be sufficient.
